Sharon Reynolds Clark graduated from the College of Law at the University of Tennessee and was admitted to the Bar in the State of Tennessee in 1994. She started her practice in Roane County, Tennessee with her father, Robert L. Badger, in 1995 where they had an extensive real estate, probate and general civil litigation practice.
They practiced together under the firm name of Badger & Reynolds, P.C. that was located in what those of us who were born and raised in Roane County, referred to as the old “Hut Building.” Sharon continued her law practice in the firm of Cooley, McFarland & Clark, LLP beginning in 2010 where she continued her work in real estate, probate, estate planning, business transactions and general civil litigation working alongside another notable attorney in this area, J. Polk Cooley. Sharon takes pride in the fact that she was able to be mentored in her practice of law by two of this area’s most educated legal minds.
Sharon Clark Law, PLLC was newly established on August 1, 2023. Sharon Clark has almost 30 years of experience and expertise in the practice of law where she has earned a reputation for zealously advocating for the rights of her clients. She is honored to say that she grew up in the beautiful Roane County, Tennessee and has made it the home of her law practice since 1995 so while the firm name under which she is now practicing is new, she plans to continue her practice of law with the same commitment she has had for these last 30 years by providing all of her clients with quality legal representation and being a zealous legal advocate for their rights and privileges.
