Sharon Reynolds Clark graduated from the College of Law at the University of Tennessee and was admitted to the Bar in the State of Tennessee in 1994. She started her practice in Roane County, Tennessee with her father, Robert L. Badger, in 1995 where they had an extensive real estate, probate and general civil litigation practice.

They practiced together under the firm name of Badger & Reynolds, P.C. that was located in what those of us who were born and raised in Roane County, referred to as the old “Hut Building.”

Sharon continued her law practice in the firm of Cooley, McFarland & Clark, LLP beginning in 2010 where she continued her work in real estate, probate, estate planning, business transactions and general civil litigation working alongside another notable attorney in this area, J. Polk Cooley. Sharon takes pride in the fact that she was able to be mentored in her practice of law by two of this area’s most educated legal minds.
